Resources for Family, Friends & Allies

Do you want to better understand and support the neurodivergent people in your life?

Neurodiversity is a beautiful and varied way of experiencing the world, and by learning more, you can build stronger, more empathetic relationships.

Neurodivergence encompasses more than just ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder; it includes conditions like Tourette's, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia, among others.

Each person's experience is unique, and understanding this diversity is key to providing meaningful support.

NeuMinKind is here to help you on your journey towards becoming a better ally.

We believe in challenging misconceptions and fostering a deeper appreciation for the strengths and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals.

By learning how to create supportive environments and communicate effectively, you can make a real difference in the lives of your friends, family, and loved ones.

This not only strengthens your relationships but also enriches your own understanding of the world.

Explore our carefully selected resources (including Facebook groups, websites, and blogs) below to deepen your knowledge and build your skills as an ally.

This is not a comprehensive list, just a selection.
